ASONGS HOME EVENTS — RENTAL POLICIES

1. Rental Duration

All rentals are for 1 full day unless otherwise stated.
Pickup and drop-off times will be confirmed after booking.

2. Damage Deposit

A $150 refundable damage deposit is required for all rental packages.
Deposit is refunded within 24–48 hours after:

• Items are returned clean

• No damages or missing items

• No excessive wear or misuse

3. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
Customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery address

• Being present during delivery

• Ensuring space is ready for setup

Delivery fee may apply depending on distance.

4. Setup & Breakdown

ASONGS Home Events will set up and break down:

• Tables & chairs

• Jump house (safety inspection included)

• Speaker system

Customer agrees to keep equipment in safe condition during rental.

5. Cleaning Requirements

Customer must return equipment:

• Wiped clean

• Free of food, spills, mud, or trash

• Tables free of tape or glue

Excessive cleaning may result in partial deposit deduction.

6. Weather Policy (Jump House)

Jump house cannot be used in:

• Heavy rain

• High winds

• Hazardous weather conditions

If weather becomes unsafe, we may reschedule or cancel for safety.

7. Cancellations

24 hours or more: Full refund
Under 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited
No-show: Full charge applies

8. Customer Liability

Customer is responsible for:

• Damage caused by misuse

• Theft or loss of equipment

• Injury resulting from unsafe use of the jump house or equipment

ASONGS Home Events is not liable for injuries due to improper supervision.

9. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before delivery.
Deposit is refunded after inspection.
